Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup green beans, cooked and mashed (plain, no salt)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a sheet with parchment.
- Mix into a firm dough (a little more flour if sticky, a few drops of water if dry).
- Roll out about 1/4-inch thick and cut into small bone shapes — or press into clover shapes for a fun, leafy-green look — (or simply roll into balls).
- Bake 15–18 minutes, until firm.
- Cool completely. Store in the fridge up to 1 week, or freeze up to 3 months.
Good to know: Green beans keep it grain-free and add a pretty color. Swap the binder if egg is a trigger for your dog. Always avoid xylitol, chocolate, grapes/raisins, onion, and garlic — all toxic to dogs.
