Terms of Service

1. About Anchor

Anchor is a self-help emotional navigation tool created and owned by CeCe Blue Ink, a brand of Blue Ink Brands LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company.

Anchor is available at ceceblueink.com/anchor and through authorized access links provided upon purchase of a valid license.

Anchor is a self-help educational tool. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, clinical intervention, crisis counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health care. Using Anchor does not create a therapist-client relationship of any kind with CeCe Blue Ink or Blue Ink Brands LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anchor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Anchor.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Anchor after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. License Types & Permitted Use

Access to Anchor requires a valid license. Three license types are available:

🔵 Personal

One individual user only
Personal, non-commercial use
May not be used with clients, patients, or students
May not be shared, resold, or redistributed

🟣 Professional

$97

One licensed practitioner
May be used with clients in individual practice
Clients must purchase their own Personal license for independent use
May not be shared with other practitioners
Includes Practitioner Guide and Session Integration materials

🟡 Clinic

$297/yr

Up to 10 licensed practitioners at one organization
May be used with clients across the licensed practice
Annual renewal required at $197
May not be shared outside the licensed organization
Includes all Professional materials plus clinic implementation guide

Important: Purchasing a Personal license and using Anchor commercially — including with clients, patients, students, or in any professional capacity — is a violation of these Terms. Professional or Clinic licenses are required for any commercial or professional use.

4. What Anchor Is Not

By using Anchor you acknowledge and agree that:

Anchor is not a licensed mental health service, therapy, or clinical treatment of any kind
Anchor does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition or disorder
Anchor is not a crisis intervention service
Anchor does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or any other professional relationship
Anchor is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care
The creators and owners of Anchor are not licensed mental health professionals acting in a clinical capacity

5. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Your use of Anchor is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for how you use this tool and for any decisions you make based on your experience with it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Ink Brands LLC, CeCe Blue Ink, and their owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of Anchor, including but not limited to:

Emotional distress or psychological harm
Decisions made based on content encountered in Anchor
Inability to access Anchor due to technical issues
Any crisis situation that occurs during or after use of Anchor
Use of Anchor by minors without parental consent

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Age Requirements

Anchor is designed for individuals 13 years of age and older. Users under 18 should use Anchor with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Professional and Clinic license holders are responsible for ensuring appropriate use of Anchor with minors in their care, in compliance with all applicable laws and professional standards.

7. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Anchor without written permission
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of Anchor
You may not resell, sublicense, or transfer your license to another person or organization
Canine Culinary Lab™ and Barkshi™ are registered trademarks of Blue Ink Brands LLC

8. Professional License — Practitioner Responsibility

Holders of Professional or Clinic licenses who use Anchor with clients, patients, or students acknowledge and agree that:

They are licensed professionals operating within the scope of their own professional license and applicable law
They assume full clinical and professional responsibility for how Anchor is introduced and used with the individuals in their care
Anchor is a supplementary self-help resource and does not replace clinical judgment
They will use Anchor in accordance with their profession's ethical guidelines and standards of care
Blue Ink Brands LLC bears no clinical responsibility for outcomes related to Anchor's use in professional settings

9. Refund Policy

Because Anchor is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued except at the sole discretion of Blue Ink Brands LLC.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing Anchor, please contact us at hello@ceceblueink.com and we will resolve it promptly.

10. Privacy

Anchor does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data entered during use. Any notes or reflections typed within the tool exist only in your browser session and are not sent to our servers. When you close your browser, that session data is gone unless you have saved it yourself using the Copy or Save as PDF functions.

Our website may use standard analytics tools to track page visits. We do not sell your data to third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
